Quantities

There is no minimum quantity for any item of stationery.

 

Samples

As samples are made to order we charge the same price as the item ordered, plus postage and packing.  Please note envelopes are not provided with sample invitations.

 

Payments

To secure an order full payment is required either via PayPal or by cheque.

 

Full cleared payment must be received before any work will commence.

 

Proofs

We take great care in producing your proofs, but you are responsible for the accuracy of the copy you supply and for proof reading all text and copy we set out in the proofs.  You must make sure the proof is exactly as you want it before you approve it.

 

We will not begin production until we have received approval of the proofs from you and we will not be responsible for any mistakes discovered after this time.

 

If guest names are to be printed please ensure all spellings are correct before submitting to us.

 

Amendments

Changes can only be made if work has not commenced.

 

Delivery

Delivery times are approximately 14 - 28 days.  If your order is urgent please check as we may be able to reduce this timescale.

 

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier service, once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with a Track and Trace number.

 

Free post and packing for orders over £150 applies to one parcel only.  If your order is dispatched in more than one parcel, charges will apply for the additional packages.

 

Order of Service

It is your responsibility to gain copyright permission for any hymns or prayers for reprinting in the Order of Service booklets.  Please ensure you check prior to passing details to us.  Your church should be able to help with this.

 

Handcrafted

Please note all items are handcrafted so slight variations may occur.   A 100% colour match cannot be guaranteed with split orders as from time to time batches of card / embellishments and ribbon may vary, therefore, it is advisable to order all stationery at the same time.

 

Cancellations

All stationery is personalised to your individual requirements.  For this reason cancellations can only be made if work has not commenced.  If work has commenced a charge will be made for the work undertaken.

 

Returns

All stationery is custom made to order.  We can only accept returns if an error has been made by Be Our Guest Wedding Invitations.  In the unlikely event that this should happen we will rectify it, at no cost to yourselves, once the incorrect invitations have been returned to us.  Any errors must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
